Ariana Grande and Dalton Gomez divorced quickly, settling their differences just weeks after filing for divorce.
There weren’t many squabbles… there was a prenuptial agreement… and, as we revealed when we broke the story, Ariana wrote Dalton a check… and according to the settlement, Dalton would earn $1,250,000 tax-free. Dalton is receiving the funds in advance, so there will be no spousal support.
Dalton will also receive half of the net revenues from the sale of their property in Los Angeles. Ariana will also pay up to $25,000 of Dalton’s legal bills.
The deal is typical practice for Ariana’s lawyer, disso queen Laura Wasser, who tries – and generally succeeds – in resolving even the most difficult divorces. You may recall that she just handled Kevin Costner and Christine Baumgartner’s nasty divorce.
The settlement has been filed with the court, and all that remains is for the judge to sign it, and they will be divorced once more.
Ariana is currently dating her “Wicked” co-star Ethan Slater, and we’re informed Dalton is dating as well.
The divorce papers state that they separated on February 20, but they didn’t file for divorce until last month.
We’re informed the two are parting ways amicably, so it’s as clean as it gets.
